As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor [LCPC] and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist [LMFT] in the state of Montana, I am able to accept reimbursement from many insurance providers. Please check with your provider, and I will provide appropriate information for you to submit those claims.
I am in-network with: Aetna, Allegiance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, First Choice Health, Modern Health, Montana Health Coop, and Pacific Source.
I provide telehealth services across Montana as well as face to face appointments at my office in Bozeman.
I have lived and practiced in Idaho and South Dakota and maintain professional counseling licenses in both. I enjoy doing telehealth with clients in those states.
My rates are $175 for 55-minute sessions, though I have agreements with the insurance companies listed above to accept their in-network rates if your plan covers our work.
Relationship Counseling is typically not covered by insurance. There are exceptions if one partner has a condition that meets criteria for a mental health diagnosis. Then, insurance may partially reimburse for shorter sessions. My work with couples focuses on the relationship and the interactions between partners, not on an individual diagnosis. Relationship work is not considered a 'medical necessity' and is therefore not covered by insurance. My rates are $175 for 60-minute couple sessions and $225 for 75-85-minute sessions. Our work will be in-depth, insightful, and action oriented.
I have also developed an online couples coaching program that will be available in spring 2024.
Coaching and consulting rates are determined by the breadth and depth of our work. Typically, clients sign up for an initial 6-month period. Our executive coaching may include science-based profiles such as the Insights Discovery Profile, Hogan Assessment, Profile XT, or Kantor Baseline tests. Using a combination of reliable and valid assessment instruments, internal and external interviews, and most importantly, your own experiences, we will develop an action plan and strategies to accomplish your goals.

Organizational health and performance pivot around the culture, people, and relationships within the entity. Utilizing Structural Dynamics, which maps behaviors across the entire system and Profile Assessments that analyze thinking styles, behavioral traits, and career interests of individuals, we can create leadership and team profiles. These will help guide the development of interventions for increasing the health and performance of your organization. Having trained with Peter Bregman on Leading With Emotional Courage, I can work with you to bring your best self and the best selves of your staff to every challenge and opportunity you face.
